ABOUT ME
My name is Brodie and I am a lifelong explorer, experiencer, and examiner of essence.
I believe that our essence as human beings is holiness and no matter how much we hide from it, run from it, cover it up, or forget about it, it is always waiting for us to remember.
I believe our trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and dysfunctional behaviors were formed by the best efforts of our (typically young) bodies and nervous systems to protect us, and that coming into wholeness and integrity is about loving, embracing, and integrating these parts.
I believe that when two or more of us gather in presence and companionship, and consciously focus our attention and intention, miracles can happen.
